Our Covid safety measures will continue at The Norfolk Beauty Rooms in line with the latest government guidance, ensuring it is a safe and clean environment for you.
- All therapists have carried out Dermalogica Covid-19 Clean Touch & Barbicide Covid-19 courses
- Therapists wear government recommended PPE
- We have allocated time between every appointment to thoroughly clean & sanitise
- Clean towels & blankets are provided for every client
- No walk-ins, pre-booked appointments only
- Every client must fill in our Covid-19/client form 24-48hrs before each appointment
- We ask that you do not not come to your appointment if you or a member of your household are unwell or have any of the following symptoms:
Cough – Fever/High Temperature –Shortness of breath – Loss of taste or smell – Flu like symptoms
- Arrive promptly at the time of your appointment, but not too early to avoid clients crossing over
- Please wait at the door for your Therapist. You will be collected at the time of your appointment
- Do not bring anyone else with you to your appointment
- Arrive wearing a mask. You may need to continue wearing it depending on what treatment you are – having. Your therapist will advise you
- On arrival please use the automatic hand sanitizer & your therapist will check your temperature
- A plastic container will be provided for your personal belongings
- Please observe a social distance of 2 metres with all staff & clients in the salon
- Bring your own drink of water with you
- We have two manicure & pedicure rooms to ensure there is only one client at a time in each area
