We have a new online booking cancellation policy. Due to the current conditions we are working in & to ensure the safety of our clients & staff we are only taking pre-booked appointments & no walk in appointments. We have found we have had quite few online bookings that cancel with less than 24hrs notice leaving us with gaps in our diary that we can not fill. All new online bookings via our website or Fresha app will ask for your card details to secure your booking. If you cancel within a 24hrs of your appointment you will be charged 50% of your appointment.
