Please inform us as soon as possible should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment
as late cancellations can be very difficult for us to refill.
We will send you a text reminder 48 hrs ahead of your appointment, please check this as soon as
you receive it, someone else may be waiting for your appointment if you are unable to make it.
Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be charged 50% fee & cancellations on the day or
no shows will be charged 100% fee.
We do expect cancellations via email. You must cancel by contacting us directly or cancelling online in the appropriate time.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
- Validity Period: Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed within this period.
- Non-Refundable: Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of payment.
- Transferability: Vouchers are transferable and may be used by the bearer within the validity period.
- Redemption: Vouchers can only be redeemed for services or products offered at The Norfolk Beauty Rooms. They cannot be used for gratuities or tips unless otherwise stated.
- Business Closure: In the unlikely event of permanent business closure:
- Vouchers may no longer be redeemable unless arrangements are made to honour them with a partner or alternative provider.
- Customers are encouraged to redeem vouchers promptly to avoid potential issues.
- Changes to Terms: The Norfolk Beauty Rooms, reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. Updated terms will be available on our website or at the salon.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or voucher code may be required to redeem a gift voucher.
